Create an Exhibitor Registration Form

Use exhibitor form to register exhibiting companies for your event, collecting relevant information about them in order to create an exhibitor profile page.

To create an exhibitor form, you will start by creating the form fields, organizing the order of the fields in a drag and drop system, customize your form description and at the end, you will get the link to publish your exhibitor form.

Before you get started

Before creating an exhibitor form please make sure basic information about the event is filled out on the Event Information page. Learn how to set up basic information about the event.

Add and edit form fields

  • Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
  • Click Exhibitors on the Top Navigation Menu and then click Exhibitors' Form.
  • In the upper left side, select Fields tab.
  • Click Add field.
  • In the dialogue box, you must type the field title and choose the field type.
  • Complete the requirements for each form field and click Add field (purple button).

  • Create all the fields, one by one, to make up your exhibitor form.
  • To edit a field's options, go to the Exhibitors' Form page and:
    • In the upper left side,  select Fields tab.
    • Click on the form field you want to edit.
    • Make the desired changes, and click Update Field (purple button).

Please note: The form must have two fields with titles: "Name" and "Email". For name we except (case insensitive): "name", "nome", "nombre" according to the form language version. For email we except (case insensitive): "email", "e-mail", "correo electrónico" according to the form language version.

Compose your exhibitor form

  • Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
  • Click Exhibitors on the Top Navigation Menu and then click Exhibitors' Form.
  • In the upper left side, select Form tab.
  • Drag and drop fields onto the form preview on the left (Available fields) to include them on your form on the right (Selected fields). Fields can be placed above or below to other fields.
  • Choose the order of the fields.
  • And, click Update Fields.
  • In the upper right side, click Form Preview and you will see your exhibitor form.

Customize your form description

You can customize the exhibitor registration form page, including the title, introduction, and a thank you message.

To customize some fields of the exhibitor registration form page:

  • Go to your beamian account and click on your current event.
  • Click Exhibitors on the Top Navigation Menu and then click Exhibitors' Form.
  • In the upper left side, select Description tab.
    • Enter the form title in the Exhibitors form title field.
    • Enter the paragraph presentation of the form in the Exhibitors form description field.
    • Enter the thank you message in the Exhibitors Form Final Message field.
  • Click Update Messages (purple button) at the bottom of the page.

Finally, you must activate the publishing settings of the exhibitor form to be able to share the registration link online.
